Sleeping Dogs

How do you fine tune the graphics? I can't run higher than 22fps on extreme but get 60 at high... Sorry if it has been covered at work so quickly browsing.

I believe you press "O" or "Q" from the display settings page, can't remember which!

There are keybinds displayed at the bottom of the screen telling you how to get to advanced display settings.
 
Any word on the gameplay/narrative? Is it more Saints Row 3 or GTA? (by that I mean is it ridiculous like Saints Row 3 or more focused and structured like GTA)

Thanks mate, had an xbox controller in so it didn't display half the option ( or I wasn't paying attention :P )

Yea, I was really really surprised at the performance on my rig, I know it doesn't support SLI so maybe if I disabled SLI I might see a performance increase. I got the same FPS on 1920x1200 as I did on 2560x1600 :/ Will have a play around tonight.

What performance do you think I will get with my rig? and at what settings.

I'm waiting until Friday to unlock it, oh and are you using the HD texture pack?

Turn AA down to normal or high the extreme one totally cripples most machines.

You should be fine mate, two people said to disable the Extreme AA as it uses Super Sampling so with that off I think both you and me will be fine as I'm guessing that is what is killing my machine ( same thing in Max Payne 3 too )

I'm using the HD texture pack and think the game looks really nice :) Will try the disabling of extreme AA tonight and let you know how it goes mate.
 
So...the cars, what they like to drive? From videos they look very 'go-kart like', the camera looks very rigid and the cars dont seem to move like cars should imo.

They dont seem to 'bounce' as much as in GTA4, I like the GTA4 car physics as it looks more realistic like when turning hard, the car suspension leans but in Sleeping Dogs it looks like the cars dont have suspension, they just turn no matter how fast youre going or how hard you turn. This was the case with Saints Row The Third, and SR2 for that matter but SR2 car physics were ridiculous. :(
