This game (demo) is a bit of system killer. 1920x1200 on the highest details and I get an average of less then 30 FPS on a 3580K @ 4.6, GTX670 stock. Looking at EVGA precision the GPU is maxed out, I wonder if it works any better on AMD video cards?
Seems to favour AMD slightly at the moment but if the game becomes a big hit Nvidia might be able to do something with their drivers.
Yeah, it is AMD optimized...
My settings:
1920x1080/60hz
AA - High
High Res textures - On
Shadows - High
Shadow filtering - Normal
Occlusion - High
Vsync - On
Motion Blur - Normal
World Density - Extreme
FPS limiter - 60fps (I play on a 60hz screen)
Benchmark results: Average - 53.4. Max - 101.5. Min - 33.8.
Obviously not at full max settings, but close enough to not notice much of a difference.
Have a go with similar settings and let us know what happens.
There is a chance that the demo isn't as optimized as the full game (which I gather is on v1.4).
There are a couple of slight judders here and there, but I gather pretty much everyone gets that on this game.
Yeah, your card should murder the game though...

Performance is great -- it did bring my GTX 570 down to 15fps when maxed out, but reducing AA from Extreme to High fixed that and gave me a steady 40fps. Turning off ambient occlusion put me up in the 70 to 100 range. However, at some points when driving at high speed on the freeway, even though the FRAPS framerate counter remained firmly in the high 30s the picture appeared to chug and stutter for a few seconds. Not sure what that was about, but it was annoying.
