I'm looking at upgrading my graphics card.

At the moment, after doing some research, it seems that the best way to go it to simply SLI my current gfx.

Currently I'm running with: KFA2 GeForce GTX 670 EX OC 2048MB GDDR5.

Now, do I need exactly the same type, manufacturer, OC numbers, ram or I can use any 670 and SLI?

I've seen some 670's on ebay and online stores, but they all have different specs, ones are OC, others are stock.

So, can I buy any? Or will I have to do some kind of OC tweaking? Will they work?

Need advice.

Any 2gb 670, mixing a 4gb and a 2gb card is possible using the coolbits hack, but it's generally advisable to go with two cards with the same ram count. Different clock speeds are ok too as each card will boost separately in all likelihood.

Any will work just try to match your ram so both 2gb etc otherwise it'll be wasted if you have more on one card.

Awesome, thanks for reply, guys.

Btw. do you recon it's better to wait for radeon cards to come out and possibly drive nvidia cards prices down or just buy 670 now as they are under £200?

GTX670 prices are already on the floor now, it's out of production (replaced by the GTX760) so the remaining stock is just being sold off.
