i have 2 580's in sli 1 msi twin forzr 2 and 1 pny reference cooler.now the msi is oc'ed were as the pny is at 580 stock clocks.

should i lower the clocks on the msi card to match the pny card or will they both run at the lower speed any way.

will it effect performance been at different clocks???

Make sure when running in SLI they are running matching clocks - otherwise it seems with too big a difference between them microstutter issues appear.

In theory the drivers should clock both to the slowest card, or to match the card closest to the CPU depending on configuration however it doesn't always work and sometimes only adjusts the clocks on one card.

in msi afterburner it only shows the clocks of the card in the first slot that been the msi its shows the msi clocks should i lower this to the pny clocks?

ive put both clocks at the msi overclocked clocks all is fine in unginie heaven got a slightly better score than at stock clocks, but in furmark it only uses under 30% of 1 card and 99% of the other...
