SLI CONFIGURATION has CHANGED

Try putting the DP cable(or whatever you use) in each card, remove SLI bridge ,then boot into windows. This will find the 1 not working or in my case Win 8.1 suddenly recognized my second card.

Tried without sli bridge. In device manager only 2 graphic cards are showing instead of 3.
Reseated the cards too.
Used the dvi cable in all three cards, display is showing up on the first 2 cards the one at the bottom isn't giving out a display?

Swap the cards around & see what happens.
If the 1 not working is okay in another slot then it's a configuration problem.
Make sure all connections are correct & bios is set correctly.

moved all three cards down two slots
so instead of 1,3,5
3,5,7
still same problem.
Reset bios still same problem.
Very odd, was working fine yesterday was downloading a game on origin and then suddenly it said sli configuration has changed".
What settings should I mainly look for in bios.
Baffled what the problem is tbh.

Take all the cards out

Try them one at a time in slot 1

If any of them won't run, you probably have a faulty card.

If it is the same card not giving out a display after moving them all down one slot that rules out the mother board and leaves either a duff card or a software/bios problem.

It is a bit drastic but have you tried reinstalling windows.

Silly question but do EVGA cover warranty if you have put the pcb on a gpu block?
Been checking BIOS options again. Something new I came across was the option "Microsoft windows" in boot order; if its not at the top priority I get a message please insert boot media device to continue
