Slightly embarrasing running problem

Because having run for miles and miles, once you stop getting started again is really, really tough.

The toughness of getting going again versus running a marathon with poo all over my arse,legs and shorts. I'd just stop and go to the loo tbh.

I suppose it's a hard decision if you take marathons seriously.
 
I've heard the best way to combat this is to eat several bowls of all bran before starting the run

just kidding, please excuse my nonsense
