What are the best Slim fan options to use with a rad.

I don't want some thing that sound like a jet engine but some that can move a good amount of air at an acceptable noise level.

I have a 120mm ×45mm AIO
And I also have a shadow Rock LP both that would be perfect in my itx case but both need a slim fan.

With a 25mm fan the AIO is 3mm too big.. but would still have loads a room for air flow with a slim fan... 50mm of empty space infront but hits a panel I can't cut when fitting...

The shadow Rock LP with a 25mm fan only as 3mm to breath so and 15mm would be needed.. there is good intake and exhaust are air.

What the best fan and what do you think is the best cooler to go with.

Can't go wrong with Noctua, their NF-A12x15 is a great 25mm slim fan.

I've never really noticed an issue with noise with them - but they definitely aren't cheap.

the NF-A12x15 as almost double the static pressure of the Prolimatech, but like i said the old Noctua's would make an insane amount of noise.
the NF-A12x15 is a new desine, if the noise level is much better in a small case its a no brainer.

what case do you have it fitted to?

Ive odered the NF-A12x15 with the build been small i think i may pick up a few move for intake and exhaust they look to move some air at lower rpm's then most.

thanks for the info
