Slow booting on m.2 after re-using in another PC with preinstalled OS

I have just re-built 2 PCs and have re-used 2x m.2 from other builds with Windows 10 already installed. I have purchased 2 new keys and activated. Windows is working fine after a few reboots of installing drivers etc on both PCs, but they both seem very slow to boot. where in the previous systems they where up to the desktop in seconds. Is this method acceptable or should re-build the OS from scratch (or perform a reset) its quote a big job due to the ammount of software on each

seems to have settled down now probably hadn't installed all drivers

I would always reinstall Windows from scratch. Can actually save time trying to diagnose problems.
