Remember it also depends on what map you are playing. as maps like inferno i would think would be unplayable

Well you are both wrong because I did use to have 50FPS +.

Like I said the spec is off xfire so some things might not be right.

if this is what came up , and your laptop does have a nvidia card it should be listed in there or its drivers arent installed
as that says you have the crappy intel graphics running and thats why its so slow
when i run dxdiag it tells me i have a nvidia geforce go 7600

so you need to find out what your laptop really has ie nvidia or intel graphics

yeah but Aspire 7730 spec says it should have nvidia graphic
well the acer website said this

so maybe there is a cheaper version of the 7730 with intel graphics

paul what does it say on the bottom of the laptop, the full name and model
as were all getting our wires crossed here

Some laptops have different specs, depending on the retailer.
If you look at the DxDiag report, it shows that he has the Graphics Media Accelerator, series 4. From this, I'm assuming he has the Intel X4500HD

Just choose the operating system, and proceed to 'Download'
