These seem slow right?

Anything I need to do to sort it out?

This is my main boot drive with Vista 64bit on it. Could Vista be slowing it down with Indexing or such?

I believe NCQ is disabled in Device Manager, but not to sure.

Speeds seem about right, that drive isn't the quickest going.

Turning off indexing will reduce the amount of thrashing that Vista is doing but that should pause and not affect other transfers.
