Hey guys
My windows 10 pc hangs momentarily on start up and shutdown while my external powers up and quick reads it or something, any way to keep it plugged in without the hanging?
1tb external for essential backups, its an old seagate usb2 and i'd probably suspect its at the lower end of hd speed.
