Slowing PC (Need Advice)

Don't install Windows with other drives connected, just the SSD. Afterwards disable hibernation to gain more room (4-8GB). Being a small SSD that'll come in handy. There's further optional stuff you can do. See here.

you need and ssd and the corsair VS range are not know for their long term, maybe its failing?

the system in my sig doesnt freeze or do anything like you subscribed and mine is much weaker, certainly pays to have an ssd, but i never had freezing under windows 10 when i was using a mech drive first, i reckon you should get old of a cheap better psu for testing.
