So my PC has become sluggish since overclock, I overclocked to 3.5GHZ and it was unstable to i went to 3.3 and it seems fine, since then my pc has become really slugish compared to what it used to be like before the overclock, I've downclocked to 3Ghz which my standard is 2.9. Could anyone give an explanation to why this is happening?

Specs;
CPU - AMD A8-3850 APU
Mobo - F1A75M
GPU - AMD 6870 Black Edition
Case - Corsair carbide series - 500R
CPU cooler - Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev2
RAM - 4GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3
PSU - GX550W

What are the temps like when overclocked? |Could be instability causing services to crash? I'm sure theres an event viewer in Windows, not sure where to access it though, it sometimes gives clues as to processes etc. crashing, perhaps indicating instability on overclocks.
