Has anyone else had issues with their SM951? Mine started out with Windows wanting to scan the drive on startup every now and again. It then went into boot loops where I'd have to rebuild the OS. My PC was also crashing every 10-15 minutes till it got warm which I falsely put down to GPU driver instability.

When Windows 10 was released, I could not get my OS to upgrade, must have tried around 15 times. I finally gave in, put in an old 1TB Crucial SSD and all has been well since. I've RMA'd the drive, I think OcUK have sent it to Samsung to be looked at.

I know dessimpson has also had issues, so if anyone has this drive and they've experienced the above, you may have a dodgy one.

Did you try disabling CSM in the BIOS ?
With CSM disabled ( 100% secure windows boot ) I would get check disk scanning the drive, Random blue screen hard locks.(Machine Check Exception) especially when shutting down or rebooting etc.
Re-enabled it and problems have gone away.

i had a small issue where it wouldnt detect it to boot from, i reset my BIOS to defaults. been fine ever since. (over a month)

Never heard of it so I'm guessing no.
