small oem question

Im about to install vista oem on my girlfriends machine and im just wondering what parts i can replace without having to buy a new license, i know if i replace the mobo then i have to replace the license but is there any thing else i cant replace without having to buy another license or is that it ?

I think Mobo and HD are limited to licence change. I had no problem changing my memory or processor.

Only the motherboard, change this and you will require a new license.
If the motherboard fails under warranty and get a replacement then you can use the same license.

Nope, you can change the HDD as well. The mobo is the only component that can't be changed.

The only component swap that requires a new license is the motherboard.
You may still have to call up for activation after any other hardware changes - however they will reactivate you over the phone.
