Smallest case that will fit an ATX board.

I’m looking to replace my meshlicious as it doesn’t fit an ATX board off the shelf.

I’m looking for something around 20L or under with as small a footprint as possible.

I’ve looked and the Meshroom S but stock is non existent and same with the SFF time N-ATX.

Are there any other tiny cases I’m unaware of?

Needs to be able to fit a blocked 4090 Suprim X and an atx board with custom loop (pump and tubing only as I use an external rad).

Maybe the Sliger Cerberus X although it's probably a bit hard to get hold of.... 23.4L but it is marketed as the smallest ATX case.

Thermaltake Core G3 is another option maybe but it might be end of life...

Raijintek Thetis?
I have this case and I reckon you could fit an SFX or SFX-L flat at the front (with minor modding) and probably 240 in the front and top.
