That prity much is the smallest full atx case, and there not really that much smaller, same width and depth, just a little shorter.

20-30's? lol, it's for my bro like. probably just get a micro atx case in the end, just wanted to see if i could get him a full atx case for a couple of cm more

i found the cooler master elite 340 but it says it's only micro atx, but looking at the pics it looks like it should support full atx imo, anyone agree?

That's not the 340, the 340 only has space for 2 HDs, 2 3.5" (floppy, card reader etc.) and 2 5.25".
