Smart heating with underfloor heating

I'm in the process of buying a house that needs a complete refit of everything (it hasn't been touched in about 30-40 years).

At my house now I have a Nest thermostat which has been really good in regards to turning on/off when I'm in the area and scheduling from my phone.

However in the next place I'm planning on getting wet underfloor heating downstairs, radiators upstairs running off an unvented cyclinder.
I'd like to have the same sort of location based heating system, is this possible?

If I put a Nest in it'd heat the unvented cyclinder but then my underfloor heating won't turn on as that will be done separately.

Any ideas?

If you have two zones, you'll need two thermostats and heatlinks.

I have this setup; one boiler, two zone valves, controlled by a nest each.

I'm going for a similar setup in my renovation, originally I was going with Honeywell Evohome with smart TRV's upstairs, but I'm leaning more towards running upstairs off a manifold and using the Heatmiser system and having wall mounted thermostats in each room.

Honeywell Evohome. Will do everything you need, trvs, uvhw with rf stat, underfloor, zone valves etc. Inc app control. We fit plenty of them
