Finally looking to move into a new property and have a budget from the developer for 'Smart Home' tech.
I already have a Ring Pro doorbell, so looking to get 4 x Ring spotlight cameras for outside (outdoor lighting system already included).
Just wondering if someone could help me on the following questions:

Just wondering if someone could help me on the following questions:
- For CH/HW, I was looking to get a a Nest? Are these still recommended over the Hive?
- For the Ring Doorbell/Cameras, what's the best way to get it appearing on certain TV's when the doorbell is rung? Or showing the camera feed when required? (if at all possible). Currently use Apple TV's 4k around the house.
- Any other SmartTech that people recommend? I have another £1k budget to spend after the Nest and Cameras from the developers. Not really bothered about smart lights etc.
