Smog pollution alert

Very smoggy up here with roughly 300m visibility, but very difficult to quantify how "bad" it is compared to the rest of UK. Started to not feel great (headache, sore throat) but that could be just a result of late nights recently. Might not be because of pollution at all, who knows.

Pretty smoggy here in Birmingham. Just been down to my car at lunch and its covered in dust/sand/stuff!

Suffering from lots of sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, sore eyes etc...

Really hazy in Surrey this morning, went for a run and the air feels thicker and it made my lungs burn, it definitely felt harder than three days ago

I noticed the grime on the car windows this morning, I was a bit surprised because I thought this was only a Southern problem (I'm in the midlands)

I only washed the car yesterday too ._.

I've had the itchy eyes thing for four or five days, but the throaty stuff begun more recently. Just assumed it was my hay fever finally starting up till I heard Monday's news.

Death by Smog sounds more exciting than airy fairy la-di-da hay fever.

Got back into Birmingham about 6:30 and back to mine about half an hour a go and its bloody horrible. It's sort of raining as well probably burning my skin away as I walked back home.

I had quite a severe reaction to the smog my whole throat pretty much closed up. Had to have yesterday off sick.

Felt much better not being in London yesterday. Now today, it's quite a bit better. :) My throat is like a smog detector. :D

Was pretty bad when i left work in leatherhead yesterday. There was a burning smell in the air and I could feel it in the back of my throat when breathing, also my eyes were itching all day.

Seems much better today
