I've seen much worse... like burger wrappers etc..

I do agree but I think the majority of smokers flick their butts out of the window (I'm sure there are exceptions) but the majority of motorist don't throw litter out of their cars.

Just because "some" people throw litter out of cars doesn't mean that smokers should feel OK to throw their butts out of the car.

Again the general "attitude" of smokers is that it is their "right" and "other people" do "X,Y,Z" so why shouldn't they etc.
