Looking at these results it seems the SMP Website Written by SirrusB and Hosted by myself is still in high demand :D

Im quite glad now i didnt setup an old pc to host the site from home i think my ISP would have difficulty beliving i was not upto no good with the amount of traffic i would have been getting. :D

I used it just the other day to check I was doing the finstall correctly for my native Ubuntu install.

I have been using it just to brush up on getting linux VM working as i need to get it imprinted into my mind so i can start my VM and do it all from scratch without trying to remember it all so glad that the site is still there really.
 
ive just done a google and bing test on "smp client guide" and our website comes top of the list. that would explain why its so popular.
 
It is probably worth updating slightly then if it is the top result.

I am sure I said I would create a better admin panel for updating, but the current one should suffice for making small changes.

you point me in the right direction and i will add the required update's

I have to admit to running the site since May 2009 but still not implementing it yet on my own pc.
Main reason is i dont have a suitable sized removeable drive to install the linux part on yet.
