SN67H7 - i sourced one!

Not paying over £300 for SN67H7 should be around £270 max including postage I could have got SN67H3 for £220 including postage a month ago.
Might just go for silverstone sg05 an have better motherboard 450 watt psu faster ram can overclock cpu an will save money.

yeah gotta do what you gotta do. i'm very pleased with mine, but big shuttle fan and been building them for 9 years nows

Yes its my choice cant go wrong with either option an its real cheap to upgrade these days with ram an cpus such good value.
Shuttle xpc are great always own one just the longer they make me wait for SN67H7 the better other option look like the new asrock z68 itx motherboard for less then £100.

Really wished they sold this Shuttle SN67H7 with the 500w psu in the first place should aleast have an option like with the silverstone cases.
Won't be buying this shuttle with the 350w psu now.
You will have plenty of power now Jimlad got nice little system what gpu card are you getting.

Can get Shuttle SH67H7 for £240.53 inc delivery from a good uk retailer thats a better price still got add the price on for the 500watt psu upgrade though.
Total around £330.00 still bit pricy for me.

good price on the shuttle, i needed the upgrade when i did it, so that's the price you pay. as for the 500w psu, well that is only needed if you will be running a large gcard. what did you intent to put in your shuttle?

Want to play all the latest games but don't want the shuttle getting too hot an noisey got an ATi 5850 gpu that I would use this year in the shuttle then buy the new gpu card sometime around March 2012.
Problem is I keep changing my mind on what to buy only sure thing is it will be Intel system.
I'm still thinking about just upgrading my main tower system first its over two years old q6600 system would just need new Motherboard , Memory an Intel cpu.

Update Just going to order the Sh67h7 don't need the 500 watt psu upgrade till I get new gpu card in april/may see the new AMD 7 series will use less power so may not need too.

Nice card mate, how hot does it run in the shuttle case?

Been playing since last monday mate, (done the proxy trick), request sent via origin. What issues were you having with the 460, im considering something like that for my second rig.

cool - added!

it was struggling, when i came out the game the driver would crash, also on high it stutterd, i would get a 560ti for £150 rather than a 460 buddy

Ahh, i see. I was thinking of getting a 580, (then add another later), then putting one of my 470's in the other rig. 580's would mean a new 1000w+ psu for the spec in sig. May wait a bit and save some more cash and get a 570 for the other machine, its another 17 setup, (930) running a 1680x1050 screen, currently has an 8800gt in it.

its a never ending cycle of upgrading.

just to let you know, this 570 runs BF3 lovely just had a good blast, the temp sat around 57degs. and handled it lovely, mixture of high/ultra

Lol, very true, i start to shudder when i think of the money ive spent. Good to hear the card has helped mate, 57c is incredibly good, my pair hit 70c in a big brute of a case.

yeah i took a gamble, but fits well, i had to lossen the screw on the hardrive caddy and then lift a little to get it in, but fits and runs well.
