Slightly annoyed, the price of one of the snacks I have in the afternoon from a well known high street baker has jumped by 40%!

Thats a huge increase in one lump for the same piece of food, it's a tax on the hungry worker :(

Time to start baking my own snacks??

hehe im sure you can mention the name unless the baker sells PC componenets :p

40% seems a very big price bump to me, what exactly was you buying ? maybe it has been on a special offer or somthing and price has been put back to normal ?

Need abit more details on the snacks please :D

actually, Sausage Rolls and Iced Fingers will be available from ocuk on this week only as of thursday... so be careful please.

:)

[i have no affiliation with ocuk, so if this happens you're all getting an "I told you so..."]

ok ok so maybe it's not so bad. The 40% increase seems to have moved the product upmarket.

It's bigger, tastier, and actual has chocolate lumps inside. The drawback is now what once filled a hole before tea is quite a big thing to eat.

I am thinking he has started to eat baked ******** staff.

It's still a competitor, even if it's in jest

Fair play. :)
