Anyone have / use one of these?

Am looking to get one as Testbook for Rover is becoming increasingly difficult to source.

Testbook would be real nice as that would allow me to enable things like Cruise, etc, but for general faults, diagnostics etc, I know these to be pretty good.

Was just looking for opinions, alternatives, etc

Why the hell do you need one?

For the amount they cost you could visit a local garage to have faults reset a hell of a lot.
