Sniper Elite 3 (free DLC on preoder)

I shall do what I always do with this series, wait on it being in a steam sale :)

I love the game, but the %$*£-poor AI feels like a 90s game and the kill cam novelty wears off pretty quickly, what you're left with is a very average, but fun game. Looking at the video I don't see any astounding improvements in graphics/sound over the previous version tbh.

Same here.

Recently played V2 after picking it up on sale and enjoyed it. It's not the greatest game but was fun and different.
 
@ ~Mike~ Thanks as I was too tired and lazy at that hour to look each up on YT as I do not think you can paste a video here from Steam. :)
 
Really? I've never understood the fascination with those game types, COD WAW was one of the first to try it and it's spread like the proverbial plague.

I suppose you are talking about the 'zombie' game mode. Rebellion actually do it well, it's not just a 'here is a room, try and survive hoards of zombies.
It's a spooky atmosphere with a very 'Return of the living dead' feel to it - Especially with the music.
 
Yeah that's what i was talking about, i've never liked that type of thing and it's pretty lazy game design imo. Might have to try the Sniper Elite versions then i just figured it was the same thing. Shouldn't be so ignorant i suppose.

I found Nazi Zombies boring in the Call of Duty games. But Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army 1&2 were very good. (especially with friends) It has an entire campaign with the left 4 dead style of 'get to the safehouse'.

You should play both in order, its like a totally separate game and not short by any means and hard in parts.
