Snowpiercer | Netflix

Is anyone else watching this final season?

6 episodes aired, 4 to go. I'm persevering, but it's not great. It just feels like season 3 part 2. The same bad characters, the same bad/irrational decisions they make, the same lack of Jennifer Connolly, same crappy special effects.

Think we can all agree the quality was dropping but that end dipped even more. And the very last scene, I swear I could have done better CGI in Paint myself.

Overall, an enjoyable watch though, particularly 006.

Yes i thought so too, they saved the entire budget for the end as well. Thought it was a bit anticlimactic as well and definitely rushed. Overall enjoyed it and it had a good run. It definitely dipped in the last few seasons.

Wilford went out with a whimper was a little too convenient.
Alexandra origin reveal wasnt very compelling.
Snowpiercer can go off-road? When did they upgrade that?
Nima was a very weak bad guy imo

On your 3rd point, the upgrade was pretty much what they was working on the whole time it was at that bunker place.

I thought it was the whole Rocket Launcher carriage and facilities . Still a bit far fetched considering the resources and number of people that had.

I just finished season 4, all in all a bit "meh!" however I do have 1 question and Google does not cover it.. Maybe I missed something but
what was the part with the resurected soldier. who was it? and what did they do?
or was it something cut from the series or a deliberate thread incase of an S5?

was this covered in the comics?

over all it was by far the weakest series and some of the CGI showed the budget was very limited. still the cast did their part well and whilst the main antagonist was a little lame, Sean Bean and Clark Gregg were excellent as ever.

I utterly gave up on this but I guess it's over now.
Maybe I'll put it on the ever increasing pile of things to watch one day.

definitely worth a binge watch in one go, its got a good start, good middle and somewhat wobbly ending id say last 2 seasons but at least it closes up the series well.
