Snuff

I just saw a snuff box on Flog It and it made me curious, so I ordered some snuff off the internet.

Has anyone tried it? From a bit of research, I have found out that some people use it to quit cigarettes since it is less harmful to your health (although possibly more addictive).

I'm a bit worried about how to take it

Why on earth would you want to try snuff? Is it even legal in this country? If your looking for a legal high try Spice Gold at least.

It is legal and why would it be deleted? Threads on cigarettes and alcohol aren't

It is completely legal, and there is no reason why this thread should be closed since there are often threads about smoking.

Further research shows that you leave the snuff in your nose for a while - how do you get it out?

snus is not legal, snuff is legal. They are different things and I am asking about the legal one.

Ahh Snuff... I remember buying a box o this me and my mates were havin a snuff contest which was cut short as my mate's nose started to bleed halfway through 6" line of the stuff

I recall using old snuff boxes as Action Man first Aid kits.

Tbh it's vile, who in their right mind would shove tobacco up their nose? I suppose some people put worse stuff up there.

Found out yesterday that plates of snuff used to be left on the corpse at Irish wakes, each person who came up to the coffin to pay their respects took a pinch of it, apparently this is where the term "snuffed it" came from. </uselessinfo>
