Snuff

Snus is perfectly legal to own, discuss and use. It's not legal to sell. It is however legal to bring it into the country, so you can order it from Sweden with no issues, it's just counted as an alternative tobacco product in tax codes.

Lol @ Makunouchi

Some mates and I got some when we were younger, novelty wore off pretty quick - it made our eyes water more than anything else. Some nice "flavours" available though.

I had a mate who snorted this stuff all the time, but he was a complete hippy who didn't wash and just smoked weed all day long. He probably thought snuff made him look "cool" and "down to earth", "maaaaaan".

Snuff isn't great. There are lots of different sorts, some that are just a bit boring and some crazy ones that will just make your eyes water and you sneeze for about 10 mins.

you dont snort snuff like a certain other substance you sniff it and after a short while (several seconds) you blow it out again. Hankies were invented for this purpose.

You can buy it in small containers/tins for about £1, although it is an aquired taste. There are now new types aimed at younger people since the smoking ban that are flavoured and have a bullet shaped dosing container.

Snus is a thick black tobacco that was traditionally placed under the lip by the gum, much like dipping/chewing tobacco and it is also increasingly popular in portioned bags (tiny tea bags) and was banned around 1991 and as it is so established in scandinavia when they joined they wanted an exception (which is why it is legal there), they have ben trying to legalise the sale of snus across the EU for the last few years but nothing seems to be happening. Both are horrible.

Snuff is kinda strange. When I first tried it, I thought it was far stronger than cocaine at first - it hits like a brick and dazes you for a few minutes. It's eye-watering stuff that makes you feel very confused and dizzy for a short period of time (but your body develops an affinity for it very quickly and you can never really replicate your first few insufflations).

Stop digging and go away. You've got nothing useful to add to this thread.

we did some work on snuff in history at school which involved the teacher giving us all some to try (menthol), me and my mates then proceeded to buy loads of it for a giggle.

if you have a blocked nose great, other then that apart from having a giggle with it its useless horrible stuff.

good laugh though it really is :)

with regards taking it i remember a small pinch of it on the base of the thumb (memory fades but thats what i remember), then block a nostril and sniff.

ten cough for a good 10 minutes after whilst spitting out brown crap and your nose is dripping like a tap with smeggy brown mess.

enjoy.
