Without me having to start a new thread can anyone tell me if I am right in assuming that Shisha is bound by the same laws as smoking?

As in can I go into a public park with a shisha bong/pipe and smoke it with the law on my side?

Yes, it is. A lot of Shisa bars in London had to close down as a result of the smoking ban.

Not a fan of snuff, shisha is awesome.

And salvia, if smoked through a bong in large quantitys, is not bad for a short lived high.

Just to be sure - I CAN take a shisha bong into a park and smoke from it right??

Only reason I ask as I can't smoke on university property methinks.

yes you can although you may have to show it's not weed to the cops every so often.

I remember one guy from college who was from sweeden who used to take Snus or whatever its called. Main reason why Sweeden has a lower Cancer count than any other country.

There was a discussion on Salvia before, but the moderators deemed it inappropriate if I recall right. I think it was because the discussion tended to veer toward illicit alternatives and highly descriptive tales of trips and experiences that would otherwise encourage small kids and such who read the forum into doing something foolhardy.

We need to ban discussing drinking and smoking then, also medicines. Common topics of discussion here.

Small kids and easily led people don't need to be hearing about those things, it might make them users.

I'm not having a go at you KNiVES, I just think the rules are very odd around here and are probably made up completely on a whim sometimes. I think that a few of the rules leave some big holes wide open to the point of making no sense, and there needs to be some consistency because sometimes it just gets confusing IMO.
