The big tree is in the kitchen ready to go up at some point this week

Anyone else ?

You take it down each year ? Noob :p
Ah, thought I must have been doing something wrong!
Na, I'll be pestered for it next weekend I imagine. Loads of our neighbours have them up already and wreaths on doors and the like, way too early for me, I'd have mine up on the 20th Dec if it were left up to me.
I'm the same, the later the better

I was expecting next weekend, but was in no mood to argue with the hangover I was nursing

It isn't even ******* December yet! Mine goes up a couple of days before Christmas and comes down a couple of days after. But I might not bother this year, I'm working Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

Next weekend for us. I picked up a few outdoor lights from Homebase earlier as I’ve never bothered with them before and want to have a few for once. Always has to at least be December though. Put them up too early and I’m bored of it by the time Christmas comes.

This weekend was our opportunity! Tree is up and the usual household fairy lights are there too.

Ideally it’d be the first weekend in December but we’re busy then so went earlier.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Will probably put mine up next weekend although I did my Nans tree for her today as she wanted it up for the 1st and she's to old to put it up herself.

We’ve got ours up, only because it was delivered so quickly. Expected it to be delayed sending out so ordered a bit earlier. Arrived 2 days later…
I’m not a Christmas person at all, but the smell of a real Christmas tree is a pleasant one.

My parents put up theirs about a week before Christmas, when everyone else down their road has put up theirs within the first week of Dec. It looks like they don’t celebrate Christmas to this point.

I put mine up second week December.
