So I sent my CoolerMaster keyboard off for repair, but also got this...??

Hi all,

I recently sent my CoolerMaster keyboard off for repair and presumably as a "thank you" or apology for it going wrong in the first place, along with my replacement keyboard I got a pinball machine ball shooter...as you do??

Has anyone else received random "gifts" like this? haha!

Alternatively, someone else is sat at home with a broken pinball machine wondering what the hell has happened to the part they ordered...

no idea why they would send that as way of an apology?! did not know coolermaster made spares for pinball machines - somebody in dispatch having a laugh or maybe some poor sod dropped it in by mistake and is now frantically searching the coolermaster warehouse for his missing part. i'd defo be back in touch with them, curiosity would be killing me!

Perhaps they use a third party to manage repairs who also handle other brands returns.

Still nice to have a pinball shooter attached to your keyboard for those just in case scenarios.
