Have experience of that? Whilst I agree it wont affect your NCB as a non-fault claim. I had my windscreen replaced after a crack and I forgot to mention it to my next insurer. They increased my premium once they 'discovered' it.
I misread that and thought he said stab yourself in the knob, which seems a bit OTT to get attention....I'd need a BIG knife to...........honest.

Only reason I drove with a fairly large one in my screen is it happened shortly after I picked the car up and I wasn't home yet.
£75 is nothing though. I had either that or £300 for my screen from autoglass...I took the insurance route.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I was having a cigarette in the garden with my brother and a friend a few years back, when suddenly we hear someone rummaging around in my dad's pickup. It was dark and there was a large hedge between us so they didn't see us, we ran around to see what was going on, and there were 5 ~16 year olds there, mucking around with crap off the back of the pickup. My dad had trouble recently with stuff off the truck ending up all over the road and in neighbour's gardens.
We chased them off, then around 4 hours later (2am) I heard a smash, went outside to find the windscreen of the pickup had been put through with a rock. Called the police who just took a statement and said they'd keep an eye out, the truck was repaired on insurance within 2 days. Never had any trouble from those kids again after that either.

Well no, not really. The idiots that joined up in 2005 have not lasted this long. The idiots that joined up in 2009, on the other hand, have yet to be perma'd.

Any way my point was what does signup year mean? Look back at archived polular threads and you will see a load of permabanned folk, its there in black and white just look through the threads!

Yup. My point was that there are very few current posters from 2005 who're idiots, because they've all been banned, whereas current posters from 2009 have yet to be banned and therefore contain a high proportion of idiots.
