People seem to forget that dressing like this is a 'tribal' thing in nature - kids do it to bond with their peer groups and the like ..... unfortunately other 'tribes' tend to be quite aggressive with their disdain for others.

i witnessed a guy once getting robbed outside some shops. there were 4 chaves and one of them were trying to go through his pockets.. i noticed the victim just stuff both of his hands down into his boxes.. he must have got a hand full of brown and waved it front of them before they all fled off... not one chav would go near him lol.....dirty but effective :eek:

4 lines of text inside a quote box with the word quote on top of it does not total 4 lines.

To be fair to Bakez, while he did not put his point accross well, how people dress will be a factor in whether they are targetted by chavs. This doesn't mean you have to change how you look just to fit in and move the target from you, it's just a fact that if you walk past a group of chavs "goffed" up you are far more likely to get stick than if you were wearing average joe clothes.

I have seen it first hand where an alternatively dressed person was shouted at by chavs and they did nothing when I walked passed. Yes you could argue it's because they do not have the creative capacity to insult two people in quick succession

but I would put money on the fact they actually feel the same about alternative people as the rest of society does about them.

It is pretty much the same as a line by Marcus Brigstocke - "If Pac-Man had affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in dark rooms, munching pills and listening to repetitive music". You could presumably put it in your signature without the quotation box around it anyway provided it is less than 4 lines.
