And i dont feel any different to waht i did yesterday lol.

So what have i had so far, well ive had another gig of ram off the wife so i will be putting that in later.

30's are pretty good fun, more cash to do what you want than your 20's, at least until the kids come along.

You can still behave like a tit, but you get to hide it better :D
 
... just don´t forget to watch what you eat now - keeping in trim got a lot harder for me once the big three zero had been passed.
