My method for best experience from a /heavy/ night out is.
1) 20oz sirloin steak before you go out, all the trimmings, eat ALL of it you wuss!
2) ensure you're stocked up on OJ, Sausages, Eggs, Bacon and if you like 'em, baked beans
3) take a pint glass of water, put it on your bedside cabinet, just incase you come back /really/ steaming and forget to drink water before you go to sleep
4) Choose your drink, Spirits, Wine or Beer, mixing them is asking for trouble, though if you /must/ I find that the old "Wine before beer, makes you feel queer" rule is very true, so, beer first!
5) once you get back, drink glass of water next to bed, repeat until satiated, then ensure the glass is full and by your cabinet again before you get to bed
6) wake up, drink glass of water, stagger downstairs, fry up a full english and get yourself a pint of orange.
Works wonders!
