so is this a memory problem or clock speed?

im getting this in sleeping dogs and was wondering if its a memory or core issue with my 7950 msi twin frozr

I saw an orange version of that earlier on for a second. I put it down to temps , as at that point I was hitting 78C @1150/1425.

If you're at 66C @880/1250, I don't know why you'd get it.
 
Artefacts like that are usually core. Memory usually causes flickering or for the screen to lock up/change to grey or orange with lines running down.
 
Barring a dodgy card, there's no way you should have any artifact/glitch issues at 880mhz.

...maybe it can't stand chugging along at such low clocks? ;)
