I have listened to excellent advice off some people and the other stuff is just complete and utter CARP! You sir are one of these that just posts to be annoying. At the end of the day do you agree with everything that people say?

I dont know what gives you the impression i havent been honest... However if you read all the pages then you will realise that i have actually noted some advice and even actioned it....

Like i said... DONT POST IF IT IS OFF TOPIC - as i couldnt give two flying banditos about posts like this.

Thats it now... im through dealing with him. I havent phoned him to tell him the cheque hasnt arrived but i shall be contacting my solicitor via phone call on Monday in my lunch break and booking myself in.

Any other suggestions ....

I said "just to let you know Phil, once again......... no cheque"

He didnt sound suprised...

I then said "Phil, at the end of the day i have given you a lot of opportunitys to resolve this matter... and you have bean leading me on for a while now, ive been patient and waited 70days. Put yourself in my shoes.... I have your jeans and your money... would you let this go on for 70+days? I am losing all patience now and all i can ask is have you even sent it???

Phil replies "I cant believe your saying this Luke, i cant beleive your accusing me. We are a registered business and cant afford to work like that"

I turned round an laughed and said " look mate, youve told me on several occasions i would be receiving the refund that very week, ive not accused you either... im merely asking the question in which we both know the answer to"

Phil says "wait till monday and let me know if it still hasnt arrived and if not i will get another cheque signed and sent special delivery and will give you the tracking number"

so... either way im still contacting my solicitor on Monday because the office is closed today. The solicitor is actually aware of the situation and has said to wait and give him the final opportunity. But even the solicitor said i cant see it turning up because why post standard 1st class.

But saying that, me being an Estate Agent, when we send our invoices and the solicitor sends our cheques... they can sometimes get lost in the post (very rare) but does happen even if there only a 5 minute walk away lol

Son, you needed help 70 plus days ago, people have offered you good advice that you in your infinite wisdom have failed to accept, if your not a dithering idiot, go on stage cause its a great act

The advice given has been noted and some even actioned. Other comments/advice like yours in fact isnt helping anyone and is just showing what a complete arse you are.

Fair doo's you wouldnt handle a situation like this... but its all a learning curve and next time i wont be so gulliable. I admit, i havent made the situation any better... but the least i need is nobs like you telling me what an idiot i am and how im this ant that... just said really. I dont know why you have such a bad attitude but just chill.

and for the fifty'th ****ing time... if i had gone through Paypal i would have had my refund in 20 days (maximum). But i never, so.... currently i have to deal with this the hard way.

But theres no point getting nasty yet because the evidence i have isnt the best... and without speaking to my solicitor before Monday anything i say or do to him could jeopardize the whole situation.
