I think peter molyneux is fantastic. His only downfall is his excitement, he's unable to keep his ideas to himself, and whether they are implimented or not he shares them. And people get a grasp on his ideas and when those ideas dont come to be due to some limitation or another, people then feel let down. I've learnt to take what he says with a pinch of salt. He is the sort of leader development teams need, Someone who is genuinely in love with what he's doing and striving to put his ideas into action. As said, Im a big fan of Molyneux and lionhead studios.
A good question for him would be, Is he excited about the next generation of consoles. And does he have any plans or ideas he'd like to put into action that may have been limited by current gen technology, ask him what he'd do if given bluray capacities to work on, and whether he'd feel a weight lifted and be granted more flexibility with the added storage

Ask him what he would have done different in Black and White with hindsight?( Best give the game a go before hand). And does he plan to revisit DungenKeeper?
