so should i get this R9 270X or is there another gpu with the same but better?

hey guys the new amd gpus just came out and i was wondering if i should get the:

HIS Radeon R9 270X IceQ X2 Boost 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

or get another card with around the same value but better.

also think about the future please i probably wont be upgrading 2-3 years. thanks

The 270X is an overclocked 7870. For the same price as a 7950, which when overclocked will beat the 270X back into 1999.
