So test drove a few S2000s and..

I had a go of a S2000 and loved it which surprised me TBH as I am used to a lot of low down torque.

As with any engine you need to adjust your driving style to suit it, round town was not a problem you just need to give it some more revs than you would in a turbo car nothing mental but around a couple of K more than a TDi/petrol turbo. Keeping it in the vtec zone with the roof down gives a superb sensation the noise is almost addictive.

The only problem was due to lack of torque it couldn't get up my steep drive :p

Is it true that the facelift model due this Autumn will have an electric winch on the front to address owners concerns that they could not get it up their drive?

They will have a winch, not for that reason though, they developed it to pull BMWs out of hedges. :p

They'd get up your driveway just fine if you'd kindly remove your ring piece from the gearstick.
