Yeah, agreed to an extent. If someone just jumps out at you when you're minding your own business then if your automatic reaction is to fight then unlucky them.:D

If you're purposely going out to start on a clown then thats a different matter.

It all reminds me of the time a housemate of mine jumped out of a door at me with a cricket bat (for a joke). I only managed to stop the automatic reaction when the cricket bat was halfway towards his head... Needless to say he didn't do it again.:p

Not really, people act unpredictability when they're defending themselves from being attacked. If someone jumps out at you in the dark then you're going to act instinctively, you don't know if they're just "having a laugh" or planning to rape and murder you, and sometimes that means the attacker gets a fist/handbag/bunch of keys to the face. Doesn't mean the victim is violent, just that their fight/flight instinct kicked in.

I am not talking about a fight or flight reaction. Going out in a group of a hundred looking for kids in clown masks is hardly defending yourself and reacting upon being jumped.

Clowns are idiots and the thug wanna be heros looking for them are idiots.

Saw one the other day near where i live when i went for a walk and a smoke. He was just cycling around near trees by a park on a bmx. I got on with my day to find the same clown on my FB feed with people giving the lil rat attention with 'Watchout, clown spotted near xxx'.

Lol was clearly a kid too given the size. Either that or it was the last clown out of the car.
