So what do you think is awesome?

Some properly lame replies in here. Can we stick to universally awesome stuff that others can say 'yea that's awesome' about? We all think our girlfriends or kids are awesome that's pretty much the point in having them.

There are other awesome race car engines, BRM V16, Ferrari V12 as ran a few years back in F1, Lamborghini V12 from the Lotus F1 car and various luscious V12, V10, V8 and V6's from years gone by, but I don't think anything matches the balance and tone of a Matra V12, it's just, to me at least, perfect.

I've been kind of training myself to do it. I've had a few, but the excitement from realising you're actually dreaming often just makes you wake up after a few seconds. Throughout the day, perhaps every hour or half hour, ask yourself "am I dreaming". I did that for a week then I happened to ask myself that same question in a dream and, that's when the fun begins!

Also look out for mirrors (reflections won't be correct) clocks/times of day (one time my watch said 1pm and it was pitch black, so it clicked that I must be dreaming).
 
Age of Empires II on the PC. Been playing for 11 years and the game never wears out. Best £27 I've ever spent.

Lasers in a nightclub, especially multicoloured ones.
