Well i thought id make a finished thread since we have a what are you currently playing one :P

I just finished James Bond 007 Blood Stone, Borrowed it from a friend as didn't think was worth full retail price or half of it, In short i did really enjoy the game had some great bond feeling moments action was good and split with the vehicle sequences quite well. Music was good too id say their might be another due to how it ended but Bizzare are deaded now and they made it as far as i know.

Dead space 2.
Starts off well and then goes downhill. Gets quite predictable and repetitive. Second to last chapter is utter rubbish!
BUT..... I still enjoyed it. Story is good and it's bloody scary!
 
Metro 2033. I've had it a while but it was unplayable on my GTX 260 at 1920x1200 so only played it once I got my GTX 460.

even after a few hours in, I couldn't decide if I liked it or not but I really got into it by the final 1/3 of the game. I'll be replaying once I have a better graphics card.

edit: sorry, didn't notice this was in console section else I would have skipped the graphics card talk. Metro 2033 is on xbox as well.

Dead Space Extraction on the Wii. Wasn't sure how much I'd like it as it's been ages since I played an on rails shooter. Really liked the graphics and I loved how I recognised most of the locations from Dead Space on the 360/PS3. Really enjoyed it and found that it didn't drag on at any point, just the correct length for that type of game.
 
Just finished all the levels on Little Big Planet 2. Its a great game though easier than LBP 1.

I like the new features in the level creator.

It's definatley worth getting if you own a PS3. Best release so far this year IMO.
 
Haven't finished a game for awhile really. I mainly dabble in and out of stuff, give it a blast then go back to BC2 multiplayer. Just bought a PC so I'm playing around a bit there, too. Currently then...Starcraft 2, Crysis on PC. I WILL finish Arkham Asylum but I get caught up with the challenges and forget to play the main game :p
 
cant remember the last game i finished, been mainly playing online but i have TDU2 now so that can be next :D
 
Mafia 2 on rental, unexpectedly brilliant after a shocking demo. Really good story and engaging characters. Was only let down by being a little short, all the areas should have been longer.

Couldn't agree more, a real unexpected great game for me. Looking forward to playing joes adventures when I get the game again on rental :)

Recently finished Dead Space 2 and apart from the rubbish last 3 chapters enjoyed it. Sales wise it doesn't get near other series like bioshock, assassins creed or COD, but it's better than them all.

If it wasn't for Rainbow 6 vegas, Dead Space would be my fav games played on the 360.
 
Uncharted 2. I only got my PS3 recently (after my 360 decided to die) and Uncharted 2 was a game I wanted to play (couldn't get Uncharted When I bought the PS3 but finally someone got it in stock. A friend of mine went a little ballistic at me for playing the second one first :D)

I think it's one of the best games I've ever played and I didn't want it to end. Only recently started the first game.
 
I finished God of War III on Thursday after picking it up at the weekend. I must admit, the trilogy are fantastic and have left me wanting even more :D
 
Red Dead Redemption all the way to a 100% and the free DLC. Amazing story, loved the single player and the multi was a laugh too apart from the grinding to level 50.
