I'm loving Fallout 3 at the moment, It's better than Oblivion, because, and Bethesda said this themselves, There are intentionally less NPCs in the world, and so they have more interesting and immersive dialogues. Also, Guns are better than swords in First person

The moment you get hold of an assault rifle, It seperates itself from oblivion in a good way

Indeed it is better than Oblivion IMO, There is plenty of humor in this game and the combat/narrative is fantastic, as soon as I heard Liam Neeson was in Fallout 3 I knew it had pretty high production values.

I've easily racked up 15 hours of gameplay and I don't even think I'm close to being 1/2 way through it, then there are expansions which add another 10+ hours of gameplay.

It was my GOTY last year simply because I could come on and do some side missions which are enjoyable as you dont feel side tracked from the main storyline even though you want to carry on.

Especially since you can pick up the limited edition version up for £25 squids it's well worth it.

Heheh. I'm well over half-way. I find the plot line a little weak, though the voice acting and interplay of the prince and that bird he's with is excellent.

The game itself feels simple and requires little effort or real concentration, you can't die and the only 'difficult' puzzles that need solving are stupid, rather than testing. You can't really die, and there's very little action. Just not for me I guess
