Well they didn't start tracking time played until... Mid-march 2009 (a quick google search tells me). So anything before that isn't recorded and that is a LONG time for some games.

Probably not. You can't really tell how much of it is idling/afking when it comes to MMO's. I suspect the title will go to either an RTS like Starcraft or an FPS like CS though, maybe QuakeLive?
