So who has underclocked their computers?

When I had a spare computer I was using as a media server (Pentium 3GHz or some such thing) I underclocked it. But no heating currently in the (surpringly cold) house atm so am using my OCd PC to heat the room :D I'm at least 5°C warmer than everyone else!
 
I built a media server from old parts also (socket 7 lives on!) Underclocked the CPU and GPU to get it to run silent and cool under the TV.

I have to keep my x1950 Pro underclocked to prevent it overheating even with fan forced to 100%. Unfortunately its known to be a hot running card :(
 
Underclocking defeats the whole purpose of a computer :(

If I buy something that claims to run at 3Ghz, I expect it to run at that speed and will not settle for less (in fact, I'd probably push for more...).

Underclocking AFTER you have overclocked i.e. reverting back to stock is perfectly acceptable, especially in the summer.
 
I underclock one of my machines, means the whole computer can run with no fans. :)

Uses very little power also.

E4300 at 1.2GHz I think, at less than 1v vCore
