The heaters have been on for over 34 hours. And my house is still freezing cold.
That's one thing I won't miss in Jan when I Move is Sash windows. There's not one that fits properly, constant air flow and single glazed. Anyone looking at renting or buying. Insure it hasn't got sash windows.

Haven't used my car to day and it's still frozen solid.
BRRRRR

Pretty warm here, with my PC and xbox running and the heating off it still gets pretty toasty in here :)

:D I have such a funny image in my head. Need a pic to see if it's like reality.

Diva under duvet, or Divaduvet as she's currently being called.

Not half as funny as you thought eh?

it's bloody cold outside

nice and warm in here though, i'm in jeans and a t shirt =]

I live in the top flat of a house, and there is literally my ceiling, a layer of that plasticky stuff they cover roof's with and then the tiles and the sky, no insulation whatsoever. It is absolutely freezing in here, I came home at 4pm and got into bed, its like this most evenings in the winter. My fingers are freezing as I type this, I think I might go sit inside the oven, or go outside, because its probably warmer out there.

I have two house rabbits, and their ears are cold too. Plus the dog has disappeared probably because its warmer downstairs.

What do I win? :D

(a hug or an extra blanket would be nice!)

its fairly warm in this room, got a heater on behind me..but when i leave the room the rest of the house is freezing.

Car outside hasnt been used in a few weeks (trying, but failing, to sel it) so has a couple of days frost on it.

Flipping freezing here, and I also have a 25 minute walk to/from work each day, lovely jubbly! I've got quite a small room though, so the room should be warm within a couple of hours due to me/PC/TV being on.

Yip, very bloomin' cold here. Trying to thaw out after spending the day shopping. Got the gas fire and the radiators on, and Dougal the cat is sat on my lap, trying to warm me up too.

My car was getting serviced today so I had to slum it and get the peasant carrier around town. Spent ages freezing my nuts off waiting for the things to turn up, and then had to sit next to some chav with 2 kids in a pushchair. I've never heard anyone swear at toddlers, telling them to ******* shuddup, and that they were ****** doin' her head in, etc... In fact she was more concerned about making sure her bottle of vodka didn't fall out of her shopping bag when we turned a corner than she was about her kids. Gah, now I remember why I despise public transport so much.

Fortunately, I've got my car back now.
