I lost some the other month. Ticketmaster too.

In the end I just chose the options on the phone that I thought would get me to to talk to a person. Regardless of the option.

Worked for me and the first person I spoke to was able to help and I collected the tickets from the box office on the day!

And looking at the set list from Lisbon, they are NOT doing anything from St.Anger!!!! Some good songs being played that they don't usually play, like Disposable Heroes and ...And Justice for All!! Woot!
