Whats the main difference between these 2, and is the GA-Z68AP-D3 worth the £10 more?

Only difference to me looks like 2 x USB 3.0 & an extra PCIe. unless I'm missing something?

That ASUS certainly isnt as good as the AP-D3 which reviews show (post#2) is the best budget Z68 board.
